El semillero ofrece un escenario para promover, por un lado, la investigación en torno a problemáticas del continente americano, y, por otro lado, el análisis y el fortalecimiento del pensamiento estratégico para abordar problemas jurídicos de casos reales, que son sometidos ante el SIDH, y proponer líneas estratégicas de defensa, de acuerdo a las pretensiones de la parte asesorada.
