Colombia está próxima a iniciar un proceso de justicia transicional. El semillero ofrece un escenario para promover la investigación en torno a los diversos aspectos, tanto teóricos como prácticos, de la justicia restaurativa en el marco de la justicia transicional. Nos interesa estructurar y articular el aporte de los Estados que se han enfrentado a este tipo de procesos al debate general sobre este tipo de justicia y su conformidad frente a los estándares del DIDH.
