El objetivo de este semillero es estudiar, evaluar y desarrollar tecnologías aplicadas a procesos de secado e innovación de productos de origen biológico y/o agroindustrial.Las áreas temáticas principales serán:•Diferentes tipos de secado: Secado ventanas refractivas, Secado por aspersión, Liofilización, Osmodeshidratación, etc…•El secado como parte importante de otros procesos como la microencapsulación, prolongación de vida útil, funcionalidad de compuestos, biodisponibilidad, etc…
