El presente protocolo tiene como objetivo evaluar el efecto en el desarrollo de competencias en exanguinotransfusión por medio de la comparación de dos estrategias de enseñanza en residentes de Pediatría de Facultades de Medicina de Colombia. se estudiará la diferencia en el desarrollo de competencias de exanguinotransfusión en residentes de Pediatría, aplicando una estrategia de intervención educativa basada en simulación, frente a una basada en herramientas didácticas digitales. Su metodología corresponde a un ensayo clínico aleatorizado.

The purpose of this protocol is to evaluate the effect on the development of competencies in exchange transfusion through the comparison of two teaching strategies in residents of Pediatrics of Colombian Medical Schools. The difference in the development of exchange transfer competencies in pediatric residents will be studied, applying an educational intervention strategy based on simulation, as opposed to one based on digital teaching tools. Its methodology corresponds to a randomized clinical trial.
