Description
El presente proyecto presenta la simulación y evaluación de políticas publicas para promover un desarrollo urbano sostenible. Tres áreas estratégicas son abordadas: La Logística Urbana Sostenible, Desarrollo Turístico Sostenible, y la Construcción Sostenible. El objetivo es el desarrollo de modelos econométricos de elección discreta para evaluar el comportamiento frente a la evaluación de políticas/medidas para maximizar el bienestar social del sistema y estimular ciudades sostenibles y resilientes.
