Description
A través del estudio, se pretende diseñar un modelo piloto de entrega de alimentos perecederos a la comunidad, utilizando a las tiendas de barrio como centros de cross docking. Al mismo tiempo que esta iniciativa pretende reducir a los eslabones de la cadena, espera reducir el número de desperdícios en la misma, y finalmente, generar un benefício a las tiendas, las cuales normalmente se encuentran hesitantes al considerar incluir alimentos frescos en su oferta.
