Description
Layman's description
Currently multiple patterns observed Antibiotic resistance which are analyzed from the point of view of the germ to the antimicrobial is not taken into account the host. It has been noted for their studies that there are proteins that explain treatment failure, resistance to antibiotics, presence of multiple adverse effects, which is due to host genetic polymorphism. In different parts of the world where there have been studies documenting the presence of therapeutic failures with the use of anticonvulsants, antiretrovirals, among others, which is due to host genetic polymorphism in MDP1 And MRP4 transporter proteins. In the present study we determined the frequency of MRP1 and MRP2 proteins that are associated with resistance to antibiotics such as quinolones.
Key findings
MRP1: multidrug resistance-associated protein 1MRP2: multidrug resistance-associated protein 2SNPs: polimorfismo de nucleótido simple CYP 450: Citocromo P 450 P-gp: Glicoproteina P
