Este estudio se centra en la mujer y en su necesidad de conciliar vida laboral, familiar y/o personal a través del modelo EFR®. Es por esto que el objetivo fundamental de la investigación es identificar si la presencia o ausencia de componentes del Modelo EFR® (Empresas Familiarmente Responsables) en las organizaciones familiares y no familiares puede generar comportamientos emprendedores femeninos y si esto logra solucionar el conflicto trabajo-familia en su doble dimensión. La investigación toma los componentes del Modelo EFR® como una herramienta de diagnóstico para una empresa inicialmente, y luego implementarla como una herramienta de mejora continua que busque aportar al desempeño de la empresa.

This study focuses on women and their need to balance work, family and / or staff through the EFR ® model. That is why the fundamental objective of the research is to identify whether the presence or absence of components of the EFR ® Model(Family Responsible Companies) in family business and non family business female entrepreneurs can generate behavior and if this solves the work-family conflict in two dimensions. The studie takes the MODEL EFR ® components as a diagnostic tool for a company initially, and then implement a continuous improvement tool that seeks to contribute to firm performance.
