Description

This interdisciplinary research is an exploratory study on organizational transformation and is based on literature stemming from the areas of public management/administration, applied ethics, sociology of law, organizational development and organization theory. The research proposal seeks to shine light on the processes that require the Colombian Army to adopt new institutional mechanisms to meet the constitutional obligation in a context of peace-building and post-conflict. We approach this topic from a governance as well as from a virtue ethics perspective.
