Estudio comparativo que se realizará en un grupo de pacientes obesos con diabetes en las que se valorará la repercusión del consumo de diversos tipos de carne en la condición metabólica de los pacientes. El estudio en su totalidad está encaminado a valorar si el aporte de proteínas mediante el consumo de carne magra de cerdo y pollo mejora la resistencia a la insulina, reduce el riesgo cardiovascular determinado por perfil lipídico, hPCR, Adiponectina, Somatomedina C (IGF-1) y mejora el control de peso y diabetes, valoración antropométrica y la determinación de glucemia capilar y HbA1C.

Comparative study of obese patients with diabetes in order to assess the impact of the consumption of different types of meat in the metabolic status of patients.The full study search to evaluate if the protein intake by eating pork and chicken improves: insulin resistance, reduces cardiovascular risk determined by: lipid profile,HPCR, Adiponectin, Somatomedin C (IGF-1); and improves weight control and diabetes by: glycemia, hepatic profile and HbA1C.
