Abstract

The authors would like to make the following corrections to the published paper [1]. The changes are as follows: 1. Replacing Equation (1):(Formula Presented.)with (Formula Presented.) 2. Replacing Equation (2): (Formula Presented.)with(Formula Presented.)3. Replacing line 185 on page 4: “(iii) the cost of vehicles, and (iv) the corrective cost of a solution”. with “(iii) the cost of vehicles -U-, and (iv) the corrective -ρ- cost of a solution”. The authors apologize for any inconvenience caused and state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected.
