    Abstract

    Aseptic vegetations in Libman-Sacks endocarditis rarely involve right heart valves. It is typically associated with autoimmune diseases with circulating antiphospholipid antibodies. Diagnosis is often incidental due to its asymptomatic nature. We report the case of a 19-year-old female patient with tricuspid tricuspid valve Libman-Sacks and systemic lupus with secondary antiphospholipid syndrome.
