Abstract

This article presents the results of a case study research, which aimed to identify the changes in university professors when using a platform (LMS), through a pedagogical training strategy. This study was conducted at Universidad de La Sabana. To address this research it was taken into account four categories of analysis: prior knowledge, experience during the training process, perception of the participants and changes observed. The results of the research allowed identifying the suitability of using the pedagogical strategy in a process of training university professors.
