Abstract

Reinforced concrete frames are widely used around the world, used by practitioners in many countries and subject of study of researchers in structural engineering. Pushover analysis is a useful analysis for both communities, with potential to aid engineers to produce better designs for this type of buildings. Existing pushover tools require significant expertise and resources, limiting their accessibility. This paper introduces StructPyn, a browser-based tool built based on OpenSeesPy that simplifies pushover analysis of 2D reinforced concrete frames. With a user-friendly interface and streamlined workflow, StructPyn enables researchers and practitioners to quickly generate pushover curves without dealing with the complexities of nonlinear modeling development. As an open-source project, StructPyn is freely available on GitHub, accompanied by documentation and video tutorials.
