La Naturaleza Jurídica Del Daño Extrapatrimonial En Colombia Según La Jurisprudencia Del Consejo De Estado Y De La Corte Suprema De Justicia.

El Proyecto se puede describir como un ejercicio académico diagnóstico que se propone encontrar cuál es la naturaleza del daño extrapatrimonial en el derecho colombiano para establecer las tipologías del mismo, reconocidas por la Corte Suprema de Justicia y el Consejo de Estado, a partir de una metodología primordialmente cuantitativa que permita evaluar la presencia y profundidad en el desarrollo del concepto y elementos del daño extrapatrimonial. Para lograr lo anterior, se iniciará con un rastreo y compilación de la jurisprudencia producida por las Cortes ya mencionadas.

This project may be described as an diagnostic academic exercise. It proposes to find what is the nature of the extra-economic damages in the Colombian Law in order to stablish its types, recognized by the Supreme Court of Justice and the Council of State using mainly a Quantitative metodology that allows to evaluate the presence and deepth in the develop of the concept and elements of extra-economic damages. To achieve this, I will start with a tracing and compilation of case law and precedents produced by the aforementioned courts
